Pieces are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe unless listed as otherwise. To maximize the life of your products, handwashing is recommended.

Pick Up

We offer free local pick up in Halifax NS. Please select this option at check out and wait for your pick up notification.



Flat Rate - Standard 0 - 5 kg: $15

Flat Rate - Standard 5 kg & up: $25

Fee Shipping - on select items, tracking not included.


Flat Rate - Standard 0 - 0.5 kg: $10

Flat Rate - Standard 0.5 - 1.5 kg: $20

Orders can take up to a week to process and pack before being sent out. If you would like to purchase express postage please do so at checkout.

Once upon a time, Europe loved lead. Before you start panicking and throwing out your pottery glaze, you should know that things have changed considerably. The large majority of glazes do not contain lead anymore and when they do there is a legal requirement that they are labeled as such.

Steering clear of cadmium and lead is thankfully easy one to do. Some glazes do contain lead, but as stated above, manufacturers are obliged to label them clearly.  Ultimately, it’s up to the individual potter if they want to use lead-based glazes.  But if you do, the use of this pottery needs to be decorative only.  These pieces are not food safe.

I always read manufactures safety descriptions and use non-toxic glazes and ensure only food safe glazes are on functional items.

Lost or Damaged Package

Please get in touch with us if you believe your parcel has been lost. We are happy to refund your items but first we will require your cooperation to submit a simple claim ticket with Canada Post verifying that you did not receive your parcel.

For damaged orders, simply take a photo and email it to us with a description of the damages. You may be asked to assist with a Canada Post claim questionnaire.

Editing / Adding Onto An Order

We will do our best to accommodate any requested edits or additions to your order. This can be done anytimeup untilyou receive an order fulfillment notification. After placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible if you require an edit or addition

Custom Order

I gladly accept custom orders. Please note that it takes 1-2 months to create a custom order depending on material availbility and stock.

Custom orders can not be returned for refunds.
